Cooperation procedure

We offer short-term, long-term, both regular and one-time babysitting and related services. We provide babysitting for children between 0 – 12 years of age in the city centre of Prague and its surroundings.

  1. Call us or fill in the order form on our website.
  2. Choose the desired date and time for introductory meeting and find out whether there is a nanny available.
  3. Fill in and submit the order form.
  4. You will receive a confirmation of the date by e-mail.
  5. The nanny will come to the specified place and time.
  6. You and your child/children will get to know the nanny through conversation. She usually plays with the child for a while so you can see how the child reacts to her.
  7. If you are satisfied with the nanny, you can start booking using the no stress care reservation system.
  8. We are looking forward to working with you!

How to use the booking system?

  1. Choose the desired date and time for babysitting and find out whether there is a nanny available.
  2. Fill in and submit the order form.
  3. Pay for your order.
  4. We will send you a confirmation and a summary of your order within 24 hours via e-mail.
  5. Nanny will pick up your child/children at the specified place and time.
  6. The Nanny will inform you as well as me about the babysitting session.
  7. When the time is up, the nanny will come to the agreed place to return your child to you. You can call off the babysitting sooner, however you still have to pay the full amount according to the placed order. Please pick up your child on time.
